Rich’s passion for homes started long before real estate. After purchasing his first home, he completely remodeled it himself, gaining firsthand experience in renovation and property improvement. He later took that knowledge even further by building his second home from the ground up. These experiences allow Rich to help clients see beyond surface details and truly understand a home's potential.

As a Realtor with Felde Realty, Rich works alongside Lindsey Paris to provide a client-focused approach built on honest guidance, strong communication, and exceptional attention to detail.
