Hello all, my name is Patrick Brooks, and I am the newest Realtor under the B&R Investment Partners brokerage. I joined my wife, Brandi, earlier this year in 2024 to help add to the ever-growing business she started 3 years ago. She had a long history in property management in Big Rapids and after working for a local for 6 years and then a franchise for 4, she knew Big Rapids, the rental tenants, and investors in this area deserved more. They all deserved more transparency; more action on issues to their homes and someone who cared about the tenants moving into these homes and adding to portfolios to add value to their investments. She did such a wonderful job that she needed help managing the day-to-day operations. After 10 years with the paper and Hearst Media, focusing on digital marketing and training sales reps, I knew my time was up and I was ready for a change. I got my license back in June but due to the nature of our business and busy lives, I wasn’t able to do anything until into late July. The ability to have an in-house Realtor is a benefit for our investors. I can keep an eye on the market and help show them homes that are good to add to their portfolios when they become available. As someone who has specialized in sales, of some type, my entire life, it seemed like a perfect fit. I have already helped buyers and sellers a like, even if it's just helping answering questions. I am excited to be entering the Big Rapids market and help bring another choice to buy buying or selling process. We have 3 boys, two graduated from Morley-Stanwood and a freshman at Big Rapids this year. We are excited to be a part of the Big Rapids fabric moving forward and ready to help make this community a wonderful place to call home (or a wonderful area to help build your investment portfolio).
