Born and raised in Evart, Carter graduated from Evart High School and earned his teaching degree from Ferris State University. Deeply connected to his hometown, he continues to serve the community as a middle school teacher and varsity coach for both football and baseball.

Carter joined the TMT team, bringing with him a strong work ethic, deep local knowledge, and a no-nonsense attitude. An avid hunter and fisherman, he knows the land and the lifestyle that comes with it.
