Brendan Mahar is a dedicated real estate agent with Greenridge Realty, currently in his first year of helping clients navigate the home buying and selling process. He was drawn to real estate by a genuine desire to help people find their dream homes and successfully move forward with selling their current properties, understanding that these transitions can often feel overwhelming.  As a veteran of the United States Navy Reserve, Brendan brings a strong sense of service, discipline, and commitment to his work. He is especially passionate about assisting fellow veterans in understanding and maximizing the housing benefits they’ve earned.  Known for his accessibility and client-first approach, Brendan prioritizes clear communication and being available every step of the way. He is committed to creating a smooth, transparent experience where clients feel confident, informed, and fully supported throughout their real estate journey.  Deeply rooted in the community, Brendan has spent the past eight years coaching youth, middle school, and high school sports, including baseball, football, wrestling, and track. Outside of real estate, he enjoys following University of Michigan athletics and cheering on Detroit’s professional teams.  Clients and colleagues alike describe Brendan as kind, reliable, and dedicated; someone who can be trusted to guide them through one of life’s most important decisions.
