My real estate career began in 2011 working as a commercial agent, handling retail, industrial and office transactions. I am a Certified Leasing Specialist, negotiating for both sides, from mom-and-pop start-ups to large, corporate entities. 

I have also worked as a Property Manager, at one time handling over 50 retail properties, including several shopping centers.  At the core of this position, I negotiated leases and oversaw maintenance and repair issues.

In 2018, I began working as a residential agent and to this day, I handle both commercial and residential transactions.  The favorite part of my job is getting to know my clients and their families.  I enjoy helping my buyers find their new home or piece of land, and helping my tenants find that perfect place to set up shop.  On the flip side, I want to ensure that my sellers’ homes are marketed for the best possible price and that they (and their properties) are treated with respect. It’s a big deal for both sides and that is not lost on me.  I care.  Whether representing a buyer or seller, landlord or tenant, I endeavor to act professionally, communicate effectively and work diligently to a successful close.

In my free time, I enjoy the great outdoors: hiking, kayaking and snowmobiling with my husband, Steven, and spending time with our very fun German Shepherd, Sasha.  I am also a semi-professional pool player and have had the great pleasure of competing in both amateur and pro events for many, many years.
